A focused 60–75 minute 1:1 consultation designed for peri- and menopausal women experiencing persistent fatigue, energy crashes, or autoimmune-related exhaustion. After booking, you’ll complete a comprehensive nutrition assessment so our session is strategic and personalized. Together, we’ll identify what’s driving your symptoms and create a clear 30-day nutrition plan tailored to your body, not a generic meal plan.

Designed for women who have completed a Nutrition Intensive or Movement Reset and want continued guidance as they implement changes. These focused 45-minute sessions provide space to review progress, refine strategy, and adjust your plan as your body responds. This is where clarity turns into consistency.
