About Me

hi there,

I’m Robin.

I’m a Physician Assistant with over 26 years of clinical experience, now dedicated as a health coach for women navigating midlife fatigue, menopause, and autoimmune challenges.

If you’re in perimenopause or menopause and living with an autoimmune condition, you know this kind of exhaustion isn’t “just being tired.” It’s the brain fog, the crashes, the unpredictability, and the frustration of doing everything “right” yet still feeling depleted.

My work is focused on helping women move from daily exhaustion to steadier energy, from confusion to clear guidance, and from starting over repeatedly to building sustainable habits that actually hold.

Because when hormones are shifting and inflammation is already part of your baseline, generic wellness advice often backfires. You don’t need more hustle or another rigid plan. You need a personalized approach that works with your body in this season of life.

Welcome to My Journey

More than 25 years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Fatigue quickly became part of my daily life, along with the unpredictability of a body that didn’t always respond the way I expected. I became deeply familiar with the cycle so many women know: pushing through because you have to, then navigating the crashes that follow.

Then midlife arrived. Hormonal shifts intensified the fatigue, bringing sleep disruption, brain fog, and a body that felt harder to manage. Despite years in clinical practice, I found myself wondering why what once worked no longer did.

That experience changed how I approach wellness. I stopped chasing willpower and began focusing on what truly moves the needle: blood sugar balance, inflammation support, nervous system regulation, strength-based movement, and recovery that fits real life.

Today, my work is grounded in four pillars: Nourish. Move. Connect. Restore.

No extremes. No fads. Just thoughtful, strategic support to help you rebuild steadiness, strength, and confidence in your body again.
